How It Works / Formalization of FLEX Packs
1. Direct purchase and prepayment
FLEX Packs are prepaid services available for direct online purchase.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or MB Way, ensuring fast and secure access.
Once payment is confirmed, the consulting process is automatically initiated, and the client receives a service confirmation email.
2. Professional formalization
Each purchase generates an official invoice and a service summary, sent by email within 2 business hours.
These documents confirm:

The number of hours purchased;

The scope of application (project, diagnosis, advisory, etc.) — a pre-kick-off form link is included for completion;

The assigned senior consultant responsible for the engagement;
SOP (Procedures and service specific terms and conditions);

The Terms & Conditions of the service.
3. Service initiation
Within 48 business hours after formalization, a MIAABD Senior Consultant is assigned and will contact the client to:

Conduct the initial briefing;

Plan sessions and deliverables;

Define the format (online or hybrid).
Hours can be used continuously or in separate sessions, according to the client's operational needs.
