How It Works / FLEX Plus Pack Formalization
FLEX Packs are the ideal consulting format for organizations seeking an immediate executive response, while maintaining the structure and rigor of a full strategic project.
1. Scope Definition
After the initial contact, a diagnostic session is scheduled to identify objectives, priorities, and available resources.
Based on this session, a summary technical proposal is issued, outlining the estimated number of hours, validity period, timeframe, and expected deliverables.
2. Acquisition and Formalization
The plan is formalized upon acceptance and confirmation of payment.
Each acquisition generates an official invoice and a service summary and confirmation, sent via email within 2 business hours.
These documents define the service scope, number of consulting hours acquired, and the senior consultant responsible for project delivery + Terms and Conditions + SOP (Procedures and service specific terms).
3. Service Kick-Off
Within 48 business hours of formalization, a MIAABD senior consultant (or multidisciplinary team) is assigned to conduct the initial briefing and session planning.
Execution may occur fully online or in a hybrid format, depending on the project's nature.
Hours can be used continuously or in separate sessions, as needed.
