Format & execution

  • Mode: Remote (100%) or Hybrid (onsite option available for Corporate).

  • Start: Service begins after (A) payment confirmation and (B) submission of the secure diagnostic form & required documents.

  • Delivery time: Snapshot (Starter Edition) — 72 hours from validated input; Corporate edition — 7–10 business days. Timers measured in business days, subject to timely receipt of inputs.

  • Communication: Secure email and/or client portal; final presentation via 45–60 min video call.

After purchase — automated steps

  1. You receive an automatic confirmation email and invoice.

  2. That email contains a unique secure link (tokenised) to the diagnostic form and the input template.

  3. Fill in the form and upload requested documents (P&L, balance sheet, organogram, main contracts as applicable).

  4. We validate inputs; if data is missing we request supplements. Start of work is scheduled once inputs are validated.

  5. Final deliverables and session scheduled per the agreed timeframe.

Required client inputs (minimum to start)

  • Company identification + VAT/NIF.

  • Last 12 months P&L and balance sheet (Excel or PDF).

  • Top 5 customers / suppliers list (anonymised if required).

  • Basic operational KPIs (lead times, rework %, volumes).

  • Headcount and critical roles summary.

  • Any existing continuity plans, technology stack list (ERP/CRM), and known incidents.

Cancellation, refunds & consumer rights

  • The PRI is a customised digital professional service initiated after explicit client consent by submitting the diagnostic form.

  • By submitting the diagnostic form you expressly agree to immediate commencement of the service and, therefore, waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 17.º DL 24/2014 (as applicable to distance contracts for digital services started with explicit consent).

  • You may cancel and request a refund under the Terms & Conditions submitted only before submitting the diagnostic form. Once the form is submitted and the consultant is assigned, the right of cancellation is no longer applicable.

  • We do not assume responsibility for third-party system availability or for data inaccuracies supplied by the client.
