MIADEPOT 360 is an integrated business management solution for companies, associations and service providers, bringing together operations, customers, contracts, financial planning, invoicing and collections, treasury and management control.

Financial planning: scenarios, forecasts, baselines, revenue, costs and risk analysis.
Actual vs. planned: performance monitoring, variance analysis, profitability and operational results.
Treasury and collections: invoicing, receipts, receivables, payments, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Document management: internal documentation or integration with certified invoicing providers, subject to availability and contractual arrangements.
Reporting: executive dashboard, KPIs, alerts, PDF reports and data exports.
MultiUnit: independent operational units, subject to licence entitlements.
Customisation: configurable terminology and settings for different industries.
Operating modes:
Standalone 360°: comprehensive management with internal documents carrying no fiscal validity.
API Integration 360°: invoicing through an authorised certified provider, where the integration is available and enabled.
Autonomous/AT_TEST: fiscal development and testing; autonomous production invoicing unavailable until formal Portuguese Tax Authority certification.
Licence conditions:
Price: €189 / 12 months, plus VAT where applicable.
Validity: 12 months from the licence issue date.
Includes: 1 active installation, 1 operational unit and up to 5 hours of initial remote assistance.
Updates: corrective and functional updates available to the licensed edition under applicable terms.
Trial: 5 days, where offered.
Renewal: required for continued use beyond the contracted period; a new initial support allowance is not automatically included.
Installation and data: Windows desktop application with local operational data storage. Regular use does not require a permanent Internet connection. Automatic multi-computer synchronisation is not included.
Additional units, installations, integrations and services are subject to separate contractual arrangements.
