Mini Diagnosis™ is a personalized digital service, initiated only after the Client's explicit consent via the submission of the diagnostic form.
Under Article 17 of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, by requesting the immediate start of execution, the Client expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Cancellation is possible before the technical form is submitted, and a refund may be issued in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Once execution begins (submission of the form and consultant assignment), the right to cancellation no longer applies.
