Conditions & Cancellation

PME Compliance 360™ is a personalised digital service, initiated with explicit client consent (technical form submission + kickoff scheduling).

Under Article 17 of DL 24/2014, once execution begins, the client waives the 14-day withdrawal right.

  • Cancellation is only possible before the Technical Form is submitted

  • After the form is submitted or the kickoff is scheduled, the service is considered started

  • Refunds follow the MIAABD Terms & Conditions
