6. Conditions and exclusions

• Price: €570; VAT treatment follows checkout, invoice and applicable law.
• First version within 15 business days after payment, complete intake, access, licences and scope validation.
• One language, up to five pages, 1,500 words, ten simple products/services and one consolidated round.
• The platform, domain, hosting, subscriptions, licences and external services belong to and are paid by the Client.
• Publication depends on platform, DNS, payment-provider and other third-party availability.

Main exclusions. Domain/hosting/licences; paid themes and plugins; image/video libraries; photography, video, visual identity and custom design; legal copy; translation/second language; migration; code, databases, APIs, integrations, automation and devices; ongoing SEO; maintenance and recurring support.

Timing starts after payment, complete intake and scope validation. The SOP and General Terms apply; external outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. FAQ

What is included in the €570 price?

Structure, copy, configuration and publication of a standard website with up to five pages, ten simple products/services, one language, baseline SEO, testing and handover.

Which platform will be used?

An agreed no-code/site-builder platform registered in the Client's name. Selection depends on the objective, required functions and available licences.

Are domain and hosting included?

No. MIAABD connects and configures one active Client-owned domain and plan, while acquisition, renewal, hosting and subscription costs are paid directly by the Client.

Does MIAABD write the content?

Yes, up to 1,500 words in one language, based on the Client's validated brief and information. Technical, regulated or legal copy requires Client-approved content or a competent specialist.

Can the service include an online shop?

It may include up to ten simple products or services and native commercial settings. Payment approval, fees, fulfilment and third-party contracts remain the Client's responsibility.

When will I receive the first version?

Within 15 business days from the Effective Start Date: payment, complete form, baseline content, access, domain/plan and scope decisions must be validated.

Can I request changes?

One consolidated correction round within scope is included. New pages, products, functionality, language or a revised creative direction are additional services.

Are external integrations included?

Simple links are included. APIs, webhooks, synchronisation, marketplaces, ERP/POS/CRM, booking, automation or devices are assessed separately and may require FLEX Hours.

Is SEO included and is Google ranking guaranteed?

Baseline on-page SEO and technical indexing preparation are included. Ongoing SEO, backlinks, editorial production and guarantees of ranking, traffic, sales or rich results are excluded.

Is maintenance included after launch?

A ten-day period for correcting in-scope defects is included after publication. Updates, new content, recurring support and maintenance are contracted separately.
