FLEX Consulting Hours
Purchase a defined number of consulting hours and use them continuously or in separate sessions within the Pack validity period and agreed scope.
FLEX Packs provide access to senior MIAABD consulting, remotely or in hybrid format depending on the Pack, with each use structured through a Utilisation Brief defining the objective, scope, estimated hours and delivery criteria.

Following purchase, you receive the Order Confirmation, invoice, Contractual Product Sheet, SOP / Specific Conditions and the applicable instructions for completing the intake.

After payment, complete intake and scope validation, a
senior MIAABD consultant is normally assigned within up to 48 business hours.
The initial briefing is used to prepare and approve the Utilisation Brief,
defining priorities, estimated hours, sessions and completion criteria.

FAQ - FLEX Consulting Hours
1. Can the hours be used by multiple people from the same company?
Yes. The hours can be shared among authorized team members from the same company, as long as the scope remains within the agreed service.
2. Can I use part of the hours for diagnosis and another part for execution?
Yes. FLEX hours are fully flexible — they can be allocated between diagnostic, advisory, or implementation support phases.
3. Do the hours expire?
Yes. Validity is counted from the Effective Start Date of the service:
FLEX-5: 6 months · FLEX-10: 6 months · FLEX-20: 9 months · FLEX-50: 12 months.
For FLEX Plus, validity is defined in the proposal.
The Effective Start Date occurs after payment confirmation, completion of the applicable intake/form and approval of the first Utilisation Brief. Payment confirmation alone does not consume consulting hours.
There is no automatic renewal; continuity may be arranged through a new FLEX Pack or FLEX Plus.
4. Can I request cancellation or a refund?
Applicable statutory rights and the contractual conditions of the service apply.
Where the Client qualifies as a consumer and requests performance to begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, the Client may still exercise the withdrawal right during that period and will only owe an amount proportionate to the services actually provided. The right is lost only after full performance where the applicable statutory requirements have been met.
For professional or business Clients, cancellations and any refunds are governed by the Order Confirmation or proposal, the applicable SOP/Specific Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
FAQ - FLEX Strategic Editions
1. Can I start with the Mini Diagnosis™ and then move to another service?
Yes. Mini Diagnosis™ may be used as an initial structured assessment before moving to a Strategy Sprint™, ROI Fast-Track™ or another MIAABD service suited to the identified requirements. Any subsequent service is contracted separately according to its own scope and conditions.
2. Are the reports customised?
Yes. Outputs are prepared based on the information provided by the Client, the contracted scope and the applicable methodology. MIAABD uses standard frameworks and structures to ensure methodological consistency while adapting the analysis to the context of each engagement.
3. When does the service timeline begin?
The applicable timeline begins once the service commencement conditions have been met, including payment where applicable, complete intake and scope validation. The specific timeline and deliverables are set out in the applicable Contractual Product Sheet and Specific Conditions.
