    FAQ - FLEX Consulting Hours

    1. Can the hours be used by multiple people from the same company?

    Yes. The hours can be shared among authorized team members from the same company, as long as the scope remains within the agreed service.

    2. Can I use part of the hours for diagnosis and another part for execution?

  • Yes. FLEX hours are fully flexible — they can be allocated between diagnostic, advisory, or implementation support phases.

  • 3. Do the hours expire?

  • Yes. Each FLEX Pack is valid for 6 months from the activation date.

  • 4. Can I request a refund?

    Refunds are possible only before the start of service (i.e., before the initial briefing). Once the consultant has begun work, the service is considered initiated and non-refundable, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

    1. Can I start with the Mini Diagnosis™ and later upgrade to a Sprint or ROI project?

    Yes. The initial investment in Mini Diagnosis™ can be credited toward a subsequent Strategy Sprint™ or ROI Fast-Track™ upon request.

    2. Are the reports customized or based on templates?

    All reports are personalized to the client's data, metrics, and business context. Templates are used only to ensure consistency and comparability. 

    3. What is the average time to start?

    Typically within 48 business hours after payment confirmation and receipt of the technical form.
